This policy explains what information Fomo Api collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Onchain data referenced by our API (wallet addresses, transactions, balances) is public blockchain data and is not personal information we collect from you.
01 Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your email address, when you sign up.
- API usage data, including request counts, timestamps, and endpoints called, used for billing and rate limiting.
- Basic technical data (IP address, user agent) collected automatically for security and abuse prevention.
- Payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

We use collected information to operate and secure the Service, enforce plan limits, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the API. We do not sell your personal information.
