How this is measured

A prober outside the API process requests GET /health (process liveness), the website, and the console every 15 minutes over their public hostnames — so DNS, TLS, and proxy failures count as downtime — and queries the database directly. A component is marked down after two consecutive failures and recovered on the next success. Daily uptime is the share of probes that passed (UTC days).
