These terms govern your access to and use of Fomo Api (the "Service"). By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.
01 Use of the service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys, and must keep your keys confidential.
02 API usage & rate limits
Each plan has an associated monthly call quota and rate limit, as published on the pricing page and the /v1/plans endpoint. Requests beyond your quota or rate limit may be rejected with an HTTP 429 response.
03 Accounts & payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. See our refund policy for details on billing and cancellations. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
04 Prohibited use
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reselling the Service without authorization.
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication.
- Using the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
- Presenting our analytics as investment, financial, or trading advice to end users without disclosure.
05 Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Onchain data and derived metrics (including PnL, coverage, and rankings) may be incomplete or delayed, and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial or investment advice.
06 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fomo Api and Lexora Technologies OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
07 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
